Commercial

With many years in commercial development, Perseus is experienced in working with project management teams. Over the years we have developed proven systems to bring project through on time/budget.

We use detailed cost breakdown spreadsheets which show individual costs/quantities for each element of the project. This spreadsheet makes value engineering, variations, and valuations a simple process for all parties.

With all projects, residential or commercial, we use project programming software. This software shows the critical path, each element, and timescales/dates. This can be used to evaluate the impact of any changes, and minimise disruption to programme

Between these two aspects, the experience, and the in house team of trades, we believe we are a strong addition to a construction project.

Residential

Working with homeowners to bring their visions to life. Across the company we have a wealth of experience to deliver projects on budget and on time.

We understand the concerns that clients may have when embarking on a construction project. It is a big commitment to entrust someone to develop your home and there are potential risks. These may include the project overrunning, going over budget, being of poor quality and/or builders leaving during the job.

To control and mitigate these risks we have processes in place to protect you. We use detailed cost breakdowns showing each individual element and its value. This way you can see exactly what you are paying for and where.

The project will have one point of contact who will be on site every day throughout the week until the job is complete.

We use a project programme which the team will use throughout. The programme will show each element of the build, how long it will take, and on which date it will be undertaken.

To back up all of the above, on all jobs we offer a JCT contract at no additional charge. This again ensures we honour our commitments and protects you under any circumstances.
